It’s been over two years since we found out Phineas and Ferb co-creator Dan Povenmire was working on forty new episodes for the popular kids animated series, which has been off the air since 2015. Today, we not only got a trailer for the new season, but we also got news on when we’ll see some of the new episodes, which are expected to span two seasons.

But first, the trailer. In it, we see young Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher facing another summer vacation, where they’ll have 104 days to get into various shenanigans. We also got confirmation that their pet platypus Perry is back, and that his nemesis, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, has returned to his evil ways.

Here’s the synopsis for the new episodes:

Phineas and Ferb follows the inventive stepbrothers as they tackle another 104 days of summer. Candace is more determined than ever to finally bust her little brothers, while their pet platypus, Perry, continues to lead a double life as the suave “Agent P,” whose sole mission is to thwart Dr. Doofenshmirtz from taking over the Tri-State Area.

The first two episodes of the new season premieres on the Disney Channel at 8:00 p.m. on June 5, 2025. The first ten episodes will start streaming on Disney+ the next day, June 6, 2025. And to make things even more confusing, there will be a special sneak peek of the show on May 26 at 11:35 a.m. on Disney Channel, Disney XD, and Disney Channel YouTube.
